Kelseys Guacamole
- 5 whole Avocados
- 2 whole To 3 Whole Tomatoes
- 1/2 whole Small White Onion
- 13 cups Sour Cream
- Garlic Salt, to taste
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
- Remove the pit and skin from 5 avocados.
- Using a potato masher, roughly mash the avocados in a bowl.
- Dice 2-3 tomatoes, depending on size.
- Finely dice half of one small, white onion and using a strainer rinse the onion under cold running water.
- Add the tomato and onion to the avocado mash and mix with a spoon.
- Sprinkle the top with some garlic salt and add the sour cream.
- Stir with a spoon and taste.
- Its okay if its not too salty because the tortilla chips add salt.
