Kelseys Guacamole

  1. Remove the pit and skin from 5 avocados.
  2. Using a potato masher, roughly mash the avocados in a bowl.
  3. Dice 2-3 tomatoes, depending on size.
  4. Finely dice half of one small, white onion and using a strainer rinse the onion under cold running water.
  5. Add the tomato and onion to the avocado mash and mix with a spoon.
  6. Sprinkle the top with some garlic salt and add the sour cream.
  7. Stir with a spoon and taste.
  8. Its okay if its not too salty because the tortilla chips add salt.
