  1. Season the chicken breasts with seasoned salt and either grill or pan-fry it in nonstick spray.
  2. Make sure the chicken breasts are thinly sliced so they only take a few minutes to cook, about 5 to 6 minutes, Id say.
  3. Toast the whole wheat bun.
  4. Layer onions and cheese between 2 chicken breasts and place on the whole wheat bun.
  5. Top with barbecue sauce and ranch dressing.
