The Hungry Angry Husband Sandwhich
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless, Thin-sliced Chicken Breasts
- 1 whole 100% Whole Wheat Bun
- 1 ounce, weight Pepper Jack Cheese
- 3 slices Red Onion
- 1 teaspoon BBQ Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Low-fat Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- Season the chicken breasts with seasoned salt and either grill or pan-fry it in nonstick spray.
- Make sure the chicken breasts are thinly sliced so they only take a few minutes to cook, about 5 to 6 minutes, Id say.
- Toast the whole wheat bun.
- Layer onions and cheese between 2 chicken breasts and place on the whole wheat bun.
- Top with barbecue sauce and ranch dressing.
