Tomato Rice Soup Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients, except peas and corn.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer about 25 min.
  4. Add in peas and corn and cook about 5 min more.
  5. Yield 8 servings.
