Ground Beef Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Cook celery, onion and grnd beef in warm fat in a large fry pan about 5 min till meat begins to brown.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into beef mix.
  3. Add in bouillon cube and soy sauce and salt.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is thickened and clear.
  5. Stir in cabbage.
  6. Cook, covered, about 5-10 min till cabbage is tender but still hard.
  7. Serve on rice.
  8. Calories per serving about 370.
