Secret Crush

  1. Pour 1 1/2 ounces of the sparkling wine into a champagne flute.
  2. Place the sugar cube on a bar spoon and saturate it with the bitters.
  3. Carefully place the sugar cube in the flute.
  4. Let rest for a moment.
  5. Pour in the rest of the sparkling wine.
  6. Add the Campari.
  7. Twist the lemon peel over the drink, then discard.
