Teriyaki Shish Kebabs - Gingered Teriyaki Skewers

  1. In shallow pan combine all ingredients except beef.
  2. Place beef strips in pan and marinate 1 to 2 hours, turning at least once.
  3. Thread beef on skewers.
  4. Grill or broil, 3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Serve immediately.
