Grilled Mahi-Mahi

  1. Mix dry rub together.
  2. Sprinkle dry rub on fish.
  3. Melt butter topping ingredients together.
  4. (This can be done on the grill in a pan to make it easier to access. )
  5. Lightly oil grill grates.
  6. Grill fish.
  7. After you flip drizzle with butter topping.
  8. Finish grilling fish.
  9. Serve with rice.
  10. Enjoy!
