Smoky Meatballs Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. smoked barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- Mix the first 7 ingredients together.
- Use 1 Tbsp.
- of meat mix and shape into a ball.
- Place on plate in circle.
- Cover with wax paper (you may not be able to cook all of them the first time).
- Microwave at high for 6-8 min, turning meatballs after 3 min.
- In bowl, combine barbecue sauce and water.
- Add in meatballs to sauce.
- Cover.
- Microwave at high for 8-10 min, stirring gently after 4 min.
