Cider-Glazed Stuffed Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine stuffing mix, 1 cup cider and 1 Tbsp.
  3. margarine in microwaveable bowl; cover with waxed paper.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 min.
  5. or until heated through.
  6. Fluff with fork.
  7. Add celery and half the apples; mix lightly.
  8. Place chicken, top-sides down, on cutting board; spread with stuffing.
  9. Roll up, starting at one short end of each breast.
  10. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Melt 1 Tbsp.
  12. of the remaining margarine; mix with paprika.
  13. Brush onto chicken.
  14. Bake 50 min.
  15. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
  16. Transfer chicken to platter; cover to keep warm.
  17. Melt 1 Tbsp.
  18. of the remaining margarine in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
  19. Add sugar, remaining cider and apples; cook 5 to 6 min.
  20. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  21. Remove from heat; stir in remaining margarine until melted.
  22. Pour over chicken.
