Chocolate Mud Torte Recipe

  1. Place beaters and glass bowl for whipping cream in freezer for 10 min.
  2. (Cream will whip easier).
  3. To make crust, press most of crumbled chocolate cookies into small pan.
  4. Keep remaining crumbled cookies for topping.
  5. Heat chocolate bar in a double boiler.
  6. Whip cream to soft peak in mixing bowl; whip in cooled melted chocolate and pour into pan.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies and freeze.
  8. Makes 8 servings.
