Hope to feel better rice
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cup chicken/ vegetable broth
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 salt
- 2 large ice Cube
- 2 tbsp butter
- In a pot add butter and rice.
- Heat and melt butter stirring constantly.
- After rice is coated, Add 1 cup of broth, then cinnamon, turmeric, and salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer till liquid is almost gone.
- Cover remove from heat.
- Don't disturb for 10 minutes.
- Add ice cubes and half a cup of broth.
- Stir till cool enough for a child to eat.
- Should be nice and creamy.
- Serve hope you feel better!
