Jalapeno-Stuffed Cheeseburgers with Guacamole Topping

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Chop 1 pepper; mix with avocados, 2 Tbsp.
  3. onions, cilantro, mayo and 1/3 of the garlic.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Cut each of the remaining peppers into 6 slices.
  6. Mix meat, remaining onions and garlic just until blended; shape into 16 (3-inch) patties.
  7. Place 3 pepper slices on center of each of 8 patties; cover with second patty.
  8. Press edges together to seal.
  9. Grill 5 min.
  10. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping burgers with Singles and toasting buns, cut sides down, on the grill for the last minute.
  11. Fill buns with burgers and guacamole.
