Jalapeno-Stuffed Cheeseburgers with Guacamole Topping
- 5 pickled jalapeno peppers, divided
- 1 large fully ripe avocado, mashed Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 2 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 8 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 8 hamburger buns
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Chop 1 pepper; mix with avocados, 2 Tbsp.
- onions, cilantro, mayo and 1/3 of the garlic.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cut each of the remaining peppers into 6 slices.
- Mix meat, remaining onions and garlic just until blended; shape into 16 (3-inch) patties.
- Place 3 pepper slices on center of each of 8 patties; cover with second patty.
- Press edges together to seal.
- Grill 5 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping burgers with Singles and toasting buns, cut sides down, on the grill for the last minute.
- Fill buns with burgers and guacamole.
