Baked Apples with Sugar and Nuts
- Start with some clean healthy, unpeeled apples.
- cut the upper side leaving a conical space.
- Pierce the peal with a fork to allow liquid to get out.
- Group the apples and add sugar in the cut space.
- Add a nut on top.
- Optionally add some honey.
- Add some water in the pan to avoid burning.
- Cook in a heated oven first on high fire and then on low fire.
- The apples are ready when they are soft.
- Enjoy.
