Fajita Corn Salsa with Black Beans

  1. Finely chop green onion and cilantro, add to a large bowl.
  2. Dice peppers, de-seeded tomatoes and add to the same bowl.
  3. Drain and rinse canned corn and beans and add to the bowl.
  4. Add fajita seasoning, cumin, oil and vinegar and stir.
  5. Stick in the fridge for 30 minutes or until cold.
  6. Serve cold with blue corn chips, or regular chips.
  7. Enjoy.
  8. Everyone will love this.
