Breakfast Pita Pockets

  1. In a skillet cook sausage until no longer pink.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Place the pita halves in an ungreased 11x7x2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 300F for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, oregano, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour into a lightly greased skillet.
  7. Cook and stir gently over medium heat until the eggs are completely set.
  8. Stir in sausage.
  9. Place a half a slice of cheese in each pita half; spoon about 1/3 cup of egg mixture into each.
  10. Serve warm.
