Sweet And Sour Chicken - Crockpot

  1. Put vegetables in bottom of crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle tapioca over vegetables.
  3. Place chicken on top of vegetables.
  4. Combine all other ingredients, except rice in a small bowl.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Cover crockpot and turn to low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
  7. Before serving make rice.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Leftovers can be reheated in microwave.
