Zucchini Bread(Zucchini Is Not Just A Vegetable. It Can Be A Bread.)
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla or 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. grated zucchini
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts or raisins (optional)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 cake yeast
- 1/4 c. Spry (shortening)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. potato water
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. potatoes, mashed
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add egg. Sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, then gradually add to first mixture.
- Stir in milk until dry look disappears. Drop batter into a greased muffin pan and bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 25 minutes.
- Makes 12.
