Jeweled Spice Bars
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Nuts
- 1 cup chopped candied fruit
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1-1/3 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Mix in egg and honey.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl.
- Add nuts and fruit; toss lightly.
- Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour into greased and floured 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Drizzle over warm cake.
- Cool; cut into bars.
