Lavender-Infused Gin Recipe

• 1 1/2 teaspoons dried lavender
• 1 (750-milliliter) bottle gin, such as Plymouth

1. Add lavender to gin and allow to infuse for 1 day.
2. Strain and use in cocktails where gin is called for, such as the

dried lavender
