Beef Steak Salad
- 300 grams Beef steak meat
- 1 Baby leaves
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Lightly wash and drain the baby leaves.
- Cut the tomato into small pieces.
- Cut the onion into thin slices and soak in water.
- Score the meat and flavor the outsides with salt and pepper.
- Cut the garlic into thin slices.
- Mix together the ingredients.
- Drain the onion.
- Heat the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan.
- Cook the garlic until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
- In the same frying pan add the meat and cook to your desired stiffness.
- Once cooked remove from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Add butter to the same frying pan.
- Once it's melted add the ingredients and lightly bring to a boil.
- Spread out the vegetables on a plate and place the meat on top.
- Then on top of that add the remaining vegetables together with the garlic, top with the sauce, and it's complete.
