So Good!! Super Popular Pan Fried Ginger Pork

  1. Combine all the seasonings.
  2. Cut the sinews all around the pork slices and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Dust with flour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Pan fry the pork, in batches if needed, browning the pieces on both sides.
  6. When all the pieces are browned, return to the pan, add the combined seasonings, coat the pieces, and it's done.
  7. The sauce is very well flavored, so pour it over the cabbage too - delicious!
