Egyptian Rice
- 1 pound ground chuck (ground beef)
- 1 small onions chopped
- 2 each consomme beef, 2 can
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 each mushrooms sliced, drained, 1 jar
- 1 cup rice raw
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- Brown hamburger & onion.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer until rice is done.
- To serve, put on top a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds.
