Ham Tetrazzini With Spaghetti Recipe
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. half and half or possibly evaporated lowfat milk (or possibly nonfat lowfat milk)
- 3 tbsp. cooking sherry, optional
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash garlic pwdr, dash pepper
- 3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. spaghetti cooked
- 2 c. cooked ham
- Saute/fry onion in butter, blend in flour.
- Stir in mild and half and half cook till smooth and thickened.
- Add in sherry, salt and pepper.
- Mix 1/2 c. cheese and spaghetti in baking dish along with the ham.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 20 to 25 min at 375 degrees.
- Serves 6 to 8.
