Alfredo's Noodles (Pkfr67a) Recipe

• 1 lb fettuccine
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. light cream
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 c. grated mozarella
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/4 c. fresh grated romano

1. Heat butter in a small saucepan.
2. Add in mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic.
3. Saute/fry for five min.
4. Add in cream and cook for two min, stirring occasionally.
5. Drain fettuccine and place in a hot bowl.
6. Add in warm sauce and both cheeses and toss gently.
