Cheesy Sriracha Meatloaf
- 1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 2 lb. (900 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine pasta sauce and Sriracha sauce.
- Mix half the sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.
- Shape into 9x7-inch loaf on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet; top with remaining sauce.
- Bake 1 hour or until done (160 degrees F).
