Peking Chicken Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into cubes and dip into flour with the salt and pepper.
  2. Put 3 Tbsp.
  3. of oil in wok and heat at high temperature.
  4. Brown chicken.
  5. Next add in liquids and spices.
  6. Next add in all vegetables except snow peas and celery.
  7. Save them for last as they cook fast.
  8. Saute/fry for 10-15 min then add in remaining 2 vegetables and saute/fry for an additional 5 min.
  9. Serve over rice.
