Laurie's Jalapeno Bean Dip
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies, drained
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup jalapeno, pickled
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno liquid, pickled
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 lb cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- Heat oven to 375F
- In food processor, puree first 5 ingredients.
- Spoon into small casserole dish; top with cheese.
- Cook 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
