North Carolina Burgers

• 5 pounds beef chuck ground
• 1 cup cracker crumbs
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1 package onion soup mix
• 5 teaspoons monosodium glutamate
• 5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon red hot pepper sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic sauce or juice

1. Mix lightly and form into patties.
2. Cook on medium high sweat grill or over medium hot charcoal.
