Tropical Salsa with Pork

• 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
• 1 medium navel orange, peeled, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
• 1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
• 1 Tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeno peppers
• 3 pork tenderloins (1 lb. each), grilled, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Mix all ingredients except pork until well blended.
2. Spoon evenly over the pork just before serving.
