100% Whole Wheat Raisin Bread Recipe
- 3 1/3 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dry Powdered Lowfat milk Not Reconstituted
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter (Or possibly Canola Oil)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 1/3 c. Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry yeast
- 1/3 c. Raisins
- Put ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by your Bread Machine.
- For Panasonic, drop raisins in after first kneading while dough is resting.
- May be baked Timed or possibly Rapid Bake.
