Mexican Soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package knorr Spanish rice
- 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 14 cup onion
- 1 -2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chili seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- cook rice per package directions.
- mix everything in a big pot and bring to a boil and simmer for 10min.
- serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
