Baked Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 6 whole Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing
- 1/4 cups Corn Meal
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- Extra Salt To Season Chicken
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a bowl, add buttermilk and drop the drumsticks into the bowl for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, add flour, ranch packet, corn meal, pepper, salt and chili powder.
- Then transport the dry ingredients into a gallon size zip lock bag.
- Remove the chicken from the milk and sprinkle each chicken with a bit of salt and then dump into the baggie.
- Shake up the baggie so that everything is covered.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and cook for 50 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
