Pickled Green Tomatoes Recipe

  1. Wash thoroughly, use small tomatoes whole, largest cut into 1/2 or possibly 1/4 pcs.
  2. Make a bring of 1 c. pickling salt and 8 c. water.
  3. Weigh down for 24 hrs.
  4. Remove from brine solution, drain well.
