Smoothie Pops
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup chopped fresh fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, and cantaloupe
- Process the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into four 1/2-cup ice-pop molds and insert wooden sticks.
- Cap the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
