Sally's Sweet And Sour Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place thighs in shallow pan.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr, salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Cook till crispy brown.
  5. Pour off excess fat.
  6. Add in mushrooms.
  7. In a blender, blend pitted apricots and syrup with dressing.
  8. Blend till smooth.
  9. Pour blended mix over chicken.
  10. Continue to bake another 20 min.
  11. If you like, cover with foil and cook in a low oven 1-2 hrs.
  12. Serves 4-5.
