Chicken Curry

  1. Grind together jeera, cinnamon, onion, tomatoes, ginger-garlic
  2. Heat oil, add grinded mixture and saute till raw smell leaves.
  3. Add chicken and saute till colour changes.
  4. Pressure cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Grind cocunut, cashews and poppy seeds.
  6. Add to chicken curry and simmer for 10 min.
