Sweet Potato Plum Pizza with Brie
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Sweet Potato
- 18 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 18 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 18 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 whole Plums
- 3/4 pounds Brie Cheese
- 1 whole Pizza Dough (See Note)
- 1/2 cups Craisins
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine the sweet potato, spices, vanilla, and honey.
- Thinly slice both the plums and brie cheese.
- Roll out the pizza dough, and bake it for 5 to 8 minutes, until slightly browned and mostly cooked.
- Remove from oven.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture on the pizza crust; top with plum slices.
- Lay the brie cheese slices on top of the plums.
- Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted; 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add craisins and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Enjoy!
