Cassava Fine Fried (POLUS)
- 350 gr cassava, boiled
- 75 gr tempeh, finely chopped
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 3 red peppers (to taste)
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 piece Kencur (size of the tip of a finger)
- to taste Sugar and salt
- Puree cassava and mix with chopped tempeh and leek in the bowl.
- Add the ground spices and mix well, then shape the dough into oval.
- Fry all the dough until golden, drain.
- Ready to be enjoyed with green sauce or cayenne pepper.
- KENCUR : Kaempferia galanga L.
