Chipotle-Pineapple Flank Steak
- 1 medium flank steak
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 cup chipotle salsa
- Marinate steak in chipotle and pineapple for up to 48 hours
- Wash off marinade and pat steak dry.
- Mix dry spices together.
- Season Steak.
- Grill approximately 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Slice against the grain.

flank steak, pineapple, onion, paprika, cumin, garlic, salt, chipotle salsa
