Delicious cheesey rice
- 2 cup bomb rice
- 1 red pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 meat boullion cube
- 90 grams chopped dry-cured Spanish ham (Or parma)
- 1 grated parmesan cheese
- Put around 1l.
- of water to boil Chop the onion and the red pepper and saute them.
- Make two cross-shaped cuts on each emds of the tomates.
- Put them into the boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Let them cool.
- Cut the garlic in slices and add along with the ham.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut in cubes.
- Once the ham is slightly cooked add the tomato and stir.
- Cover and let it cook.
- Put the rice in a bowl (or a soup place) and add the 1/2 cup of wine.
- Stir and let it rest while the tomato reduces.
- Add the boullion cube and stir.
- Once the cube melted add the rice and the rest of the wine and quickly cover it.
- Every five watch it and add water (until it covers the rice) and cover again.
- Right before serving add the cheese and stir, so it gets a creamy texture.
- Put as much cheese as you like.
