White Cheese Queso

• 1 (15 ounce) can tomatillos (drained)
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 3 serrano peppers
• 1 bunch green onion
• 10 lbs white cheese (American)
• 10 cups milk

1. Blend tomatillos, garlic, peppers, and chopped green onions.
2. Heat milk and tomato mixture in double boiler until hot then add cheese.
3. Heat until melted.
4. Serve Hot.
