Cheesy Rice & Broccoli Casserole

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put in greased 13x9 inch casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
  4. Heart healthy substitutions: Use Healthy Request Campbell's Cream of Celery soup, Smart Balance margarine (or other similar product), omit Cheese Whiz and use 2 c fat free shredded cheddar cheese, instant brown rice.
