Tastes Like Pie Store Peanut Butter Pie!
- 13 cup creamy natural-style peanut butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 14 cup cold milk
- 8 ounces cold whipping cream
- 1 (9 inch) chocolate graham wafer pie crust
- peanuts, chopped
- Using a hand blender, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese and butter in a large bowl.
- Add the powdeed sugar and milk and mix well.
- In a ceramic or glass bowl, with clean beaters, whip the cream on high until of Cool Whip type consistency (or use Cool Whip).
- Fold cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread mixture into the graham cracker crust and top with chopped peanuts or shaved chocolate, if desired.
- Freeze for a couple hours.
- When ready to serve, remove and slice immediately.
