Spicy Crab Cake Sandwich
- 48 each frozen breaded crab cakes
- 48 slices hearty multi-grain bread slices
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
- 24 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 8 each large tomatoes, each cut into 6 thin slices
- 1-1/2 cups grilled red onion slices
- For each serving: Heat 2 crab cakes as directed on package; keep warm.
- Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.
- bistro sauce.
- Cover 1 of the bread slices with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 2 crab cakes and 1 Tbsp.
- onion.
- Top with remaining bread slice.
- Cut in half.
- Secure each half with a frilled pick.
