Homemade Sago Biscuits
- 20 grams sago
- 300 grams sugar
- 200 grams coconut, shredded (desiccated)
- 200 grams bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 200 cup degree.
- In a medium bowl put all ingredients and mix well, about 5 minutes (pliable mixture).
- Using a 2 inch diameter and 1/4 inch height ring or cookie cutter.
- Place the ring in a greased tray and put some sago mixture and press firmly until compact.
- (Top of the surface must be flat)
- Then very carefully remove ring.
- Repeat this step until finish the dough.
- Make 10 biscuits.
- Bake at 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy.
