Hotel Nacional

• Ice
• 2 ounces anejo rum
• 1/4 ounce apricot liqueur
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1 pineapple slice or lime wedge, for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish; shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the pineapple.
