Creamy Mozzarella Linguine With Corned Beef
- 1 packages Linguine
- 1 Jar, of Ragu Creamy mozzarella sauce
- 1 can Corned beef
- 1 packages Sazon
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sofrito
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 pinch Salt
- 1 can Del monte mushroom sauce
- 2 pinch Parsley
- 1/2 cup Pizza blend cheese
- In a medium pan heat the oil and add the sofrito.
- Mix in the corned beef, sazon and spaggetti sauce and let it simmer.
- Prepare pasta al dente according to the package.
- When ready mix in the mozzarella sauce.
- Serve and top it off with the cheese blend and parsley.
