Deep Fried Green Beans

  1. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
  2. Deep fry long beans, in batches, until they are wrinkled, 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a wok.
  4. Add ginger, garlic and chilies and quickly stir-fry.
  5. Remove the chilies.
  6. Add the beans back into the wok and mix with soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil.
  7. Check for seasoning and salt and pepper as needed.
