Spicy Au Gratin Potatoes, w/Bacon!!!
- 6 each red potatoes
- 4 oz butter
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 cup almond milk
- 6 oz velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 2 each green onions, sliced
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Slice the potatoes about 3/16 of an inch thick.
- A mandolin works well.
- Spray your 9x9 pan with oil and put down a layer.
- Cover with a layer of cheese.
- Do this until you run out of potatoes.
- Melt the butter and add in your chopped garlic and habanero.
- Bring to just boiling.
- Pour over the potatoes.
- Pour in your almond milk and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake until done.
- About 45 minutes.
- Melt the velveeta cheese and drizzle over the finish baked potatoes.
- Fry the chopped bacon and sprinkle on top, don't forget the chopped green onions!
