Mediterranean Orzo Salad

  1. Bring a stock pot of water to boil.
  2. Cook the orzo pasta approximately seven minutes or until done.
  3. Drain and rinse with very cold water.
  4. Next combine all ingredients mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. This salad is Best served cold.
